Court Directed Work
This is work directed by Courts for Children and Families within legal proceedings. Our practitioners and Social Workers will work with children, families and other stakeholders in undertaking specific pieces of work instructed by Courts such as building of relationships, supervision of contact,enabling community support and therapeutic pieces of work. We will write reports which will be presented to Court if required to do so.
Case Audits and Reviews
We have suitably qualified and experienced Social Workers and Managers who can undertake independent quality assurance tasks such as audits and participate in independent case reviews. These are necessary to ensure that work undertaken is compliant with specific rules and standards, processes and procedures, and with a view to learning lessons and making recommendations to address identified issues and doing things differently, effectively, and proactively.
Support for children in criminal proceedings
We have workers and practitioners who can support Children and Teenagers as Appropriate Adults before and during interviews with Police or support them during criminal proceedings.
Domestic Violence Awareness
We have suitably qualified and experienced Social Workers and Managers who can undertake independent quality assurance tasks such as audits and case reviews. Our workers will help with enhancing awareness of domestic violence with both the victims and the perpetrators. We are cognisant that children are the most vulnerable party and our workers will work to elicit their experiences, wishes, feelings, and build their resliences
